Hi,
I’m moving out so we have a double room to fill in on our houseshare in Sharrow. You’ll be sharing with 3 other girls, and taking over my tenancy on June 20th although an earlier date can be accommodated if required. Really lovely area, 2 min walk from Endcliffe Park, Sharrow Vale Road, Ecclesall Road etc! On street, non-permit parking.
Rent is £350 a month and bills are currently £120 on top of that. The room is available from the 1st of December.
We have two bathrooms, a big kitchen/diner, a living room and a garden at the back. The room comes fully furnished.
We’ve always been a house that gets along well with one another/do things out the house with each other so looking for a housemate that wants the same thing! Current housemates are Aman (27), Farrah (24) and Jess (25). No preference at all on gender, all welcome :)
