Modern house on a new estate in Sheffield with a large garden. Ample on-street parking, property has a garage for storing bikes etc.

Large room just redecorated fully furnished with a double wardrobe, a large chest of draws, corner char, double bed and mattress, bedside table with lamps.

The room has a 32" HD tv with an Fire stick to watch movies / youtube / Netflix.

Large screen TV in living room with surround sound we also have a 100" projector for movie nights.

Fully fitted kitchen with large American fridge with ice maker, booze / wine fridge, there is also a double oven, microwave, washer dryer, toaster etc

The bathroom has also just been fully redecorated, it has a bath/shower with a glass screen and heated mirror. The bathroom is only shared with 1 other person, there is also a separate toilet on the ground floor..

Previous house mate just moved out after getting her own place

There are currently 2 people in the house (me) and a Darren both gay (not a couple), both professionals, we both enjoy movie nights, a drink at the local pub, cooking and are members of the local gym.
