Room to rent in our shared house on Abbeydale Road, Millhouses, Sheffield S7. 4 bedroom house currently with 1 double room to spare with immediate effect. 3 professional housemates are in the house already (2 females, 1 male) and I am looking for 1 more professional to move into the available room. The current lodgers are in their mid-twenties. They are very easy going, friendly and sociable.

The rooms is double, fully furnished, with new, modern furniture and shares a bathroom with one other person.

It is a lovely 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms (1 of which has just been totally refurbished), brand new kitchen, dining room and living room. Gas central heating, full Virgin TV, wireless broadband, washing machine and TV points in all rooms. The house is 25 min walk/10 minute bus ride from the City Centre and has all local amenities (gym, Tesco, takeaways, pubs) within 5 minutes walk so it's a great location. Parking is easily available on a safe side road which is very convenient.

The price for the room is £330, which includes ALL bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, full Virgin TV package and fast internet broadband)and a cleaner who comes fortnightly.
