The address is located 2 mins of walk away from Hillsborough interchange. It's well amidst the Hillsborough shopping area (Morrison's, B&M, Wilkos etc). Takes 15 mins by bus to both the universities and city centre proximal to both the tramlines (yellow and blue). Ideal for students as all bills included (including broadband) and short lets (of 6 months minimum) considered.
At the moment, there is one students and three working professionals. We are looking for people around our age group, outgoing (preferably students, professionals), who are generally clean and can cooperate well with communal duties. The latter is a very mandatory requirement though.

The current available room is a single bed attic.. Bathroom and kitchen are shared. The living room is currently under refurbishment (should be done by June end) and is shared. The rooms are part furnished. But the landlord who owns a chippy shop downstairs, can get them fully furnished based on your requirements on once you give an acceptance for moving in. No compelling contract apart from a minimum 6 months' let.
