Rent: £140 per week
Rent includes all bills; Gas, Electricity, Water, Council tax & WiFi.

Park Grange Court lies within walking distance of the City centre (20 mins) and is also a short walk (3 mins) to the nearest tram stop, which provides good transport links to the rest of the city. The tram also takes you directly to the train station making the location ideal for those commuting to nearby cities. The house is located a short walk (4 mins) from the beautiful Norfolk Park.

The double (En-suite) room comprises of a double bed & mattress, large wardrobe, two sets of drawers and plenty of storage space. The attached En-suite includes a large shower cubicle, toilet and sink.

The house has an additional downstairs toilet, a kitchen / dining room with all modern appliances, access to a living room, an attractive garden with composite decking and an off street parking space.

The house is currently occupied by the landlord - that's me, (Male: 38: Gay) and my partner stays at the weekends. The house also hosts two adorable cats called Agatha & Cooper (and who I take full responsibility for).

The house has recently had a brand new combi boiler installed and the ensuite bathroom is less than 1 year old.

We're a tidy household and we do like to live in a clean and tidy house. Im very open to shared chilled out nights in front of the TV with a film and take out, but equally so, know the value of having our own space.
