There is 1 female mature student and 3 males (3 professionals). It would also suit a mature student who is wanting a home rather than a wild student let. We want tenants who are comfortable living in shared accommodation and are clean, tidy and sociable.

The house is on a lovely quiet road in S11, just off Ecclesall Road, with plenty of on street parking (NO PERMIT REQUIRED). The road is mostly families, however there are lots of shops and good restaurants/bars closeby on Ecclesall Road. Endcliffe Park is a 5 minute walk away. Convenient for universities, hospitals and city centre.
