I currently live in a homely, modern 3 bed house in the S2 area of Sheffield and I am looking for 1 new housemate from 1st august 2016.
I am a young professional working as a Teaching Assistant and artist with a studio in Sheffield where I make my own pottery. I also enjoy walking in the Peaks, cooking and baking and gigs at local pubs.
Rachael is a 22 yr old professional working in Sheffield interested in writing and comedy and would like to share with someone who is easy going with a good sense of humour and likes to have the occasional tipple!
We are looking for a fellow friendly, conscientious professional person that likes to live in a sociable and considerate household, and are relatively clean and tidy (in the shared areas at least!)
They must also like or not mind cats, as you will be sharing the house with my young cats pip and louis also.
The house is a fairly good size which has recently been repainted and has a new kitchen, it was originally unfurnished but I have completely furnished all of the shared areas, you would however need to provide your own furniture for your bedroom with the exception of the mattress.
