Room to rent in perfect Sheffield location

Hi guys, I have a room I would love someone to take off my hands for the next academic year as I am hoping to leave Sheffield due to a recent job offer. The house is beautifully decorated and a real gem of a student house placed right in the heart of ecclesall road. We have done our very best to make the house cosy and homely where we can feel relaxed and unwind. The room available is a large double room comes with desk wardrobe and double bed. there are 3 bathrooms and another shower room. I have lived there for a year so far and absolutely loved it. It is 340 a month which does not come with bills but me and my housemates last year set up broadband and utilities which is 3 pound a month broadband each and usually around 13 a month each for utilities in the winter and 7-8 in the summer. the living room has a 40 inch TV set up and kitchen is fully stocked. We are final year students who do not go out regularly and are not the usual rowdy students, we much prefer quiet nights in with a glass of wine with the soaps, so would be best suited for similar/post grad looking for a nice relaxing time. I can also guarantee the house will always be kept clean and tidy as my housemates are very house trained :-)
