Adele and Ben are looking for a new housemate.

Hi guys and gals. So, our beloved housemate Christian is moving on, leaving us with heavy hearts. It's now time to look for a suitable replacement. Form an orderly queue...

Current housemates: one male (Ben), one female (Adele). We are both young professionals working in full time employment, so we tend to be busy during the week, although we do try to make time to cook/watch a film/share a beer together once or twice a week. We both like to make the most of our free time at the weekends; walking in the peaks, enjoying a beer or two, etc, etc.

The house: mid terrace house situated in Nether Edge (just off Abbeydale road), very close to all the local amenities, including Sheffield institutions - bragazzis coffee shop, and the broadfield pub. Three bedroom house with new kitchen and bathroom and decorated lovely with a very cosy feel. There is a shared front room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, basement, and garden (a real sun trap in the summer). Fully furnished (or not, you choose). Bills are shared between the three of us and council tax is around £30 a month each.

The room is a small double with a garden view. It will cost you £200 a month. That is it.
