Facilities in the room include mini oven with hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is a double bed, kitchen table and 2 chairs, Ikea lounge chair, canvas wardrobe, large chest of drawers, standard lamp, bedside cabinet, bedding and towels. The en-suite is a generous size with a really good shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a washing up area. There is a fire door at the bottom of the stairs and a smoke alarm. The room is painted in a neutral colour with dark stained wood floor and beams. There is also a mini hifi system and television in the room. Use of washing machine downstairs. The house is a very short distance from the lovely Endcliffe park which leads to extensive walks into the Peak District. There are many buses into Sheffield city centre, which is only 2 miles away. There are many excellent shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The area is popular and lively, with a good mix of students, families and professionals. I am a retired teacher. I would like to rent to someone who is quiet and considerate.
