One SINGLE bedroom is available for a full time STUDENT(student only or Council tax applies).
The house has gas central heating with a combi boiler, double glazing, and a washer DRYER. Excellent kitchen.
This is a 15 minute walk to the main Hallam University building and the Sheffield Station.

There is an EXCELLENT local transport service and street parking is available.
Sheffield University is less convenient than Hallam, but is 17mins away by BUS at discount to students.

The room has a computer desk, and an internet service is available, shared at the tenants expense.

The room is quite small, but has a locking cupboard in the corridor which I have tried to show with a photo. This is 4x2ft and to ceiling with light, more drawers and hanging rail

No room sharing, no pets or smoking indoors allowed. No DSS.

We are looking for someone with a mature attitude, who is prepared to keep things clean and tidy in the shared areas.

Gas, electricity, internet and water costs to be shared, expected to be £30-£45, depending on season.
