A double room offered in a 2 bed professional house share in Wadsley Bridge (s6).

I am having to leave my tenancy 6 months before expected due to a change in my job. The flat comes part-furnished, and a bed, bookcase and desk is provided by the landlord along with all living room and dining furniture. I will also be leaving a wardrobe.

The flat is part of a fairly new quiet development and comes with a private parking space. The flat is a 2 minute walk from the nearest major bus stop, which takes around 25 minutes to get into town during rush hour traffic. You will be sharing with a 29 year old sociable female, who works in the city centre.

The tenancy is due to expire on 28th March 2015. The deposit for the property is £287. 50 + £45 for referencing costs and deposit will be held by the DPS through the landlord.

This house share is not suitable for couples.
