Furnished room available in shared house. The room has nice new furniture and a small double bed (3/4 size), double wardrobe and a choice of having a desk or not. The bathroom, kitchen, dining, living and garden are shared areas. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, wireless broadband, sky TV and a secure bike shed. It is 2 minutes walk to buses on Chesterfield Road, which then only takes about 5 minutes into city centre. There are decent pubs, restaurants, virgin and pure gym close by. Sharing with the owner, I am into sports, music and films, tv nights in but also love a good night out. The other house mate is a physio very fitness orientated sports loving female. I work in a call centre and work shifts. Would suit sociable, friendly person, professional working preferred. Happy for either short or long term lets.
