I have a beautiful new home with a spare double bedroom, the room itself is furnished and has a new bed and furniture. The house has a shared bathroom a downstairs toilet, a large kitchen and living room.
All bills are inlcuded, we have full internet access as well. We also have a puppy he is only a small dog and is very well behaved. We also have a large garden, perfect for BBQ's and alfresco dinners.
We are looking for a professional person who works in the city. No benefits or DSS and must be able to speak good english. We ahve already had lodgers in the past so are well equipped, we can accomadate a short term stay as well as long term.
