I am ending my study period in Sheffield earlier then expected, and therefore this room is for rent from 7th of February, until 30th of june.
The room is in the 1st floor and has a beautiful view towards the Walkley area and the green fields in the background. It's no noise or other disturbanse in night time. It's equipped with a double bed, a writing desk, a wardrobe, a table lamp and a roof lamp. The surface materials are new and clean.
The rest of the house contains a toilet in the 1st floor, a bathroom in the ground floor and kitchen and living room in the basement. It's all new refurbished, well funktioning, and we always keep it clean and nice.
Walking distance to the University of Sheffield (15 min) and the City Centre. Grocery stores are even closer.
The other occupants are students aged between 20 and 32, mainly girls. I'm looking for a nice and social person to take over this room. Please don't hesitate to contact me for a chat and a view!
