My single room has become available again. It's been called 'comfy', 'cosy' and 'quiet' by previous guests. I've been hosting people who want to avoid a long daily commute for several years.
£235 pcm for 3 consecutive nights Monday to Friday.
£295 pcm for 4 consecutive nights Monday to Friday.
No additional costs.
Drawers, hanging rail, shelves.
Suits someone who works all day but needs somewhere quiet and clean to relax, sleep and shower. You're welcome to leave some things in the room each week. Light cooking possible in shared kitchen but please note I do not have a microwave or dishwasher.
Walking distance from universities; city centre. Local real ale pubs 5 mins away.
I have a lovely lodger who stays mid-week in a larger room. He's friendly and extremely quiet about the house.
Shared bathroom which works well given different schedules.
Free on road parking. Strong wifi throughout property.
There is no lodger access to the living room, so you will need to bring a tablet or laptop to watch TV.
