The fourth bedroom will remain unused to ensure there is sufficient space for tenants.

The room is front facing over the road; it is a residential area so not too many cars going past at night. A brand-new PVC window has been installed for heat and sound-proofing. £400 PCM including all bills.

Room 2: With a private access route from the dining area the 2nd double room is located away from the main areas of the house. The window allows for a good amount of light, whilst being away from outside view. The room comes with a double bed and a small built in wardrobe: additional storage available in the house if needed.

Alongside the access to your room, there is a communal kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of storage for your items.

Current housemates: 1 male: works from home, quiet, enjoys walking in the peaks. Vegetarian. 1 female: Swiss, works in the evenings. Both tenants are open and friendly, but keep themselves to themselves.
