I am a 31yrs female, who currently lives alone with my cat and rabbit (both live inside). I own a 3 bed terraced property with a private south facing garden perfect for summer evenings. Although this is a 3 bed property I will only be renting one room, which will be the recently decorated and newly furbished attic room. This room has had only two previous tenants. The room has been fully cleaned and ready for immediate occupation.

This is a beautiful airy room with views over Sheffield. The room currently has a new double bed (with a memory foam materess despite the photograph), bedside table, coffee table, large wardrobe, built in storage and a large built in wardrobe at the bottom of the stairs leading to the attic. There are also curtains despite the photograph. All bills are included and this includes WiFi.

As the rest of the house will be shared. I am looking for someone who is a similar age and enjoys being sociable. My biggest passion is dancing, which I attend once a week with some weekend performances. I also enjoy cooking, watching films etc, going out and generally seeing friends. I am a very tidy person and would like to live with someone who is of such a nature. As both of my pets live in the house I regulary clean as a result.

The property is in a quiet residential area with well lit on street parking. It is close to local ammenities and about a 2min walk to the nearest bus stop. Buses are regular and go straight into the city centre. If driving, the property is located close to the ring road, giving easy access to the Sheffield Parkway and motorways.
