A lovely, sunny maisonette with spacious living area, kitchen/diner combined and generous bathroom/utility room with plenty of storage has a spare room available, cosy bedroom with small double bed, Usual white goods including washing machine and dishwasher. Access to a paved garden on ground floor. Good public transport links and within walking distance of the city centre, universities, Hallamshire Hospital, train station and easy bus rides to the Peak District.

Sharrow is friendly, vibrant and diverse; at the top of the road is Sharrow Old School, home of Sharrow Community Forum and its many community activities and 200 yards from the flat is Abbeydale Road with an excellent range of cafes, bars, and unique shops.

Room available 7 days a week! But if you want it for fewer days per week that could work too.

You will be sharing the flat with me, Ceri, the current tenant, a working 29 year old vegetarian and my two pets, a rescue cat named Dee and a one year old terrier mix puppy, Leo. I work full time at a special needs school so tend to just chill out most weekday evenings and socialise at the weekends. Both Anne the landlord and I have access to this account so you could get a message from either of us.
