Small Double Room with Nice people in Nether Edge

Hi, I'm looking for fun new housemates for my house in Nether Edge

We are looking for an interesting, outgoing person. We're trying to maintain an enjoyable house culture; friendliness, cups of tea, some shared meals, the occasional pint out etc. Keeping things clean and tidy is important here.

The room is a square room on the first floor, its not huge so might not suit you if you have lots of stuff, although other storage is available.
Its fully furnished and in good condition. Make sure you look at the video tour, although the photos show the current decor and furniture better (there is now a double bed in there.)

The house is a typical Sheffield terrace with a newish kitchen and dining room/living area. 2x shower/toilets mean you'll never have to wait in the mornings. Showers are great.
There is lots of cellar storage, and a back yard with herb garden and sitting area.

The area is ok with good neighbours. A local shop and Tesco Metro is 1 min away, as is a good pub and Abbeydale Road for bus links. Parking is easy.

To share with myself, Dan. I'm 37, a Driving Instructor and photographer. I really into rock climbing, mountain biking and the outdoors. (I think I'm pretty laid back for a landlord).

Also Charlotte, 25. Who works writing subtitles, is into slacklining and bouldering and is very kind and considerate.
And Kyle, who is busy working as a doctor and goes climbing in his free time.
