The room is furnished ready to live in.
And All utility are available to share.
Kitchen is fully equipped just buy food and cook
washing machine,(washing powder/softener)place to dry clothes available.
I try to keep everything up to date in the property including keeping it clean.
It will be off road parking.
there is a big garden which backs into a park perfect for barbecues.
There is a golf course, a tennis court, jogging path right thru the back.
Its a nice little quite area.
The house also has a piano and guitar if you want to relax.

About me.
I am a 30s
male half Chinese/ half Indian in me.
I only speak English.
I am open-minded to most things.
I get along easily with people.
I am An Arsenal Fans, Valentino Rossi fan, Ferrari Fan, And many others
I also love my stand ups.
I love doing tons of things outdoors and movies, wines and pubs, music and lots of other thing.
Also living with me is a cat just the occasional visit.

About you.
I Don't mind if you are student as long as you are working or proof you can pay the rent.
Sadly I'm no Bruce Wayne or have a wealthy charity fund.
