Needing someone to take over my one bed studio apartment in the fantastic Gatecrahser Apartment complex in the heart of the city. It is a well specced property with an en-suite bathroom, combined kitchen, bedroom and living space. Includes a 40" smart tv and all bills (except TV licence). Has a floor to ceiling large wardrobe, desk, desk chair, breakfast bar chair and an armchair. The bed included is a 3/4 bed with a mattress. The property includes a common area with a cinema and other amenities. There is also a gym on site which is free to use. The apartment complex is located right next door to Sheffield Hallam University's City Campus and is only a short walk away from the train station.
