Professional female housemate wanted - all bills included, s2 near centre, off Shoreham street. Lancing road.

We looking for a professional female to rent a room in our house. Sadly 1 of our housemate have moved out-The house is a 4 bedroom house and all the rooms are doubles. All bedrooms are fully furnished and have a memory foam mattress. There is some nice decking in the garden to sit out on in the summer. There is also a house alarm. The house is 10 mins walking to town and to the railway station. There is street parking available, but you would need to get permits from the council, but there are some un permitted /free spots to park on further up the street.

All bills will be included, including council tax, tv license and Internet. We're looking for someone that will keep the house CLEAN, friendly and sociable. If you’re interested email me or give me a call and you can come round, have a look and meet with us.

Deposit £250, six months contract and then it will be a monthly rolling contract. No admin charges or other extras.
