Crookes Large double room in family home

Well equipped, comfortable, spacious room available in family home in Crookes. The house is a short walk or bus ride to Universities and hospitals. There is a large garden and immediately opposite is access to the Bolehills Park and the Peak District.

The house would be ideal for a mature student or professional who is looking to rent for between 3 to 12 months. In the past we have often welcomed foreign students doing short term studies in Sheffield. We have 2 sons in their twenties who live away but visit occasionally as do our friends, but the house is big enough to accommodate everyone.

The house is usually quiet and very comfortable, if a little old and frayed at the edges .

There are two toilets and the room for rent is spacious and light with a great view. we also have some additional storage space should you need it. There is a piano and a dishwasher.

Crookes is lovely with great restaurants and coffee bars. We are both supply teachers and we would like to share our house with someone warm, friendly and independent. We would need to work around each other in the kitchen and you would be expected to cook your own meals although sharing and eating together is fun when it works for all 3 of us.
