Two Double Rooms in Walkley Home

We are looking to fill two double bedrooms in our house in Walkley, Sheffield. I lived in this lovely house for three years but now live in London so it is let. The attic room already has a let agreed with a History and Russian student at the University of Sheffield who is an early riser, likes and plays music, and loves to cook.

The house is a three bed terrace and includes: shared living room, kitchen/dining room and bathroom. The house is furnished (nicely), and the garden is well-maintained and south facing. The kitchen comes equipped with fridge, washing machine, freezer (at top of cellar) and gas range oven and hob. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

We love this house and it's important to us to find two people who will look after it with care whilst we're away! My Dad Chris lives in Sheffield and will be 'managing' the house and doing any required maintenance.

Bedroom 1: the front double bedroom is carpeted and includes a double glazed sash window and a very large cupboard under the attic stairs. It comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail and curtains.

Bedroom 2: the back double bedroom is slightly smaller but can still fit a double bed whilst leaving space for a desk and wardrobe. It has plywood floor boards and a double glazed sash window. It comes with a large wardrobe, desk, bed and blackout blinds.

Located in Walkley, the house is five minutes walk away from local shops as well as some great pubs. There is a bus stop at the bottom of our road with services to the city centre every 10 minutes. Otherwise, it is a 15 minute walk to the University of Sheffield campus or 25 minutes to the city centre. There is on-street parking, no permit required.

All bills included. The house isn't quite as full of stuff as in the pictures since they were taken when I last lived there, but it stills feels very homely with good furniture!
