Hi,
We have an empty top floor with a double room available.
We live in a very comfortable, large house that has been fully redecorated and carpeted.
The top floor is mostly vacant, with the occasional visitor when one of our sons comes home.
We have an easy going and calm household, and very sociable with regular friends and family over.
The house is very clean and tidy, so we expect anyone to respect this.
We are on the edge of the Peak District so perfect for anyone outdoorsy. On a bus route but having a car probably a bonus.
