Extra large room, near Meadowhall

Room for rent

Hi, my name is Symeon.

I have an extra large room available to rent in a 3 bedroom house.

The room will come unfurnished. The house has two bathrooms and you can use both, the one may be completely yours if you wish, as it's exactly outside of your room.
There is on street parking in front of the house for free 24/7.
Shared kitchen and living room with all electric equipement available, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric hobs and gas oven, TV, broadband and more.
Shared garden and will provide you with some extra storage space for things.
Bills included in the rent is, council tax (band A), broadband, water, apart from gas and electric which is shared.

The house is located in a very peacefull and friendly neighboorhood, just above Meadowhall shopping centre and bus/tram/train stations.
It has excellent transport links just 6 minutes by foot plus more bus stops just 1 minute down the road.
It's close to the M1 exit.
And has all kind of local amenities around in a short walking distance.

A few things about me:

I am a 39 years old professional from Greece living in Sheffield the last 8 years.
I am a friendly individual and an easy going person. I like to share moments and hanging around with nice people, and you might find me inviting you into adventurous things like wild camping and hikes, or taking you for gigs if you fancy. Having a dinner together or a drink now and then I wouldn't mind either.
But then if your more closed to yourself I'll totally respect that and will let you do as you feel. I'll always be around though if you need anything :)

About the person coming to stay with me:

Ideally I would prefer to be a friendly person, maybe with some similar hobbys, interests with me, so we could do few things together and not be 2 strangers in the same house, but even just a friendly, responsible and tidy person would be enough.
