Room Details

Room comes with a double bed, mattress, 4 drawer unit, hanging rails, tv and a remote controlled fan. You will need to have your own tv programme source, due to currently having no aerial in the attic.

Shared areas are the bathroom, living room, kitchen and the yard. Storage will be provided in the kitchen, happy for you to use the pots/pans/ plates/cutlery/ washing machine/cooker and electric hob.

Location of property. The house is situated on a quiet one way street, with on street parking. It is a short walk to wombwell high street which has an array of shops / pubs and takeaways. Train station is a short 15 min walk, easy access to the M1. Good transport links via bus to Barnsley / Rotherham/ manvers and surrounding areas.

About myself. I am a live in landlord. 41 professional female. I do work from home 3 days per week, but I can also be away at my partners for around 3 days per week. I am a smoker, but not In the house. I also look after my mums cockerpoo puppy once or twice per week.
