Each has a hospitality tray, TV, heated towel rail plus radiator and full access to WiFi.. There's a flood lit forecourt, plenty of off road parking, and all bills are included for reasonable use. There's a fridge, microwave and toaster available.
The house is set well back from the road and has easy access to the A38 and all major Midlands road and rail networks. It is close to Queens hospital, Fradley and Greycar Industrial estates, and is 4 miles from both Lichfield and Burton on Trent.
Alrewas has a good infrastructure of additional facilities including 3 pubs, coffee shop, Indian restaurant, Chinese and award winning fish and chip shop as well as beautiful village and canal walks.
