I have large double front bedroom to rent in semi detached house, situated in quiet residential area. on the outskirts of Stoke-on-Trent

I am looking ideally for Monday to Friday but would consider shorter term 7 day lets

The house is located in Baddeley Green is 3 miles from Hanley and 7 miles from Leek. There are good local amenities, with shops a short walk away [1\2 mile to Milton].Easy cycle ride into Hanley, cycle can be stored in garage.

The large room has TV, DAB Radio, Fibre WiFi. double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, desk and armchair.

Off street drive parking available. I have shared bathroom and the lodger will have access to washing machine etc.

You have use of all kitchen facilities.

Pets (TBA) and non smokers. May suit person commuting for work Monday to Friday (£98 week) .

You will be sharing the house with landlord only.

I am looking for someone who is quiet and respectful. May suit student studying at local College. which is 20 minute flat cycle ride.
(can be reached mostly along canal tow-path).

Council tax band c. £8.50 PW.
