Looking for a flatmate for this lovely home with high ceilings, filled with plants and ceramics but with loads of space for two people to live comfortably. Looking for a mature student, or a calm professional and/or just a nice person who's clean and tidy and is willing to bring their own personality to the place, and be a part of the household.

The house has two reception rooms- one lounge and one dining room- linked to a new kitchen and bath/shower. House is recently refurbished, we were the first tenants and so is in very good nick. Outdoor space too, and parking out front - 1 minute from the A500 and 7 minutes walk from Longport station going direct to Stoke in 5 minutes. Or 1 minute from the canal as a route to town/uni on foot or bike. Furniture is ours, so anything can be removed and the place can be made your own, but we can arrange some basic furnishings on request. Two bedrooms upstairs, one large master and a smaller double. There is room for negotiation on the room but may affect total pcm.

Pets would need to be confirmed with the landlords, but it's not a no. Theres a small fish tank with very small fish at the moment.

The pcm is the current amount for all bills (so water, electricity, gas, Virgin 100mbs, and TV license) not including council tax, which would be the responsibility of the tenant moving in. Current tenant is a student so another student would be great to ensure no council tax for the property. Move in date is flexible. But would need to be confirmed asap.
