Double room with massive wardrobe space

I live in a beautiful Edwardian home, which I have only recently moved into. It was built in 1903

It has an amazing garden, log burner and loads of space. I have a super cute Maine Coon kitten, so you have to be ok with cats. I have a beautiful sun room which is great for chilling.

The room itself has a double bed, with huge wardrobe space. It’s next to the road but very quiete. It is in the town centre so super close to supermarkets and amenities. It is also really close to a lot of outstanding nature, such as hawksmoor and dimmingdale.
There is no parking here but there is abundant parking nearby and it’s never an issue parking.

I am a super chilled, open minded guy, a bit nerdy.
I’m also an introvert and very fair. Hygiene is critical to me, so if you’re a slob who doesn’t do the dishes, please move on. I have a weekly cleaner who comes and cleans the communal areas once per week.

Ideally I’m looking for a calm, non partying, fun, friendly person to share the house with.

In terms of the bills, the electric and water will be included, but the gas will be dependant on usage and paid extra on your personal use. I have a digital meter so it’s easy to clock.
