A spacious double room with a king sized bed is available to rent in an easy-going family home. Occupants are a professional, a 13 year old and an 14 year old cat (all female).

Great links to M42 and A5. Walking distance to Birch Coppice. On bus routes to Tamworth, Atherstone and Nuneaton.

Shops, restaurants, takeaways etc are 5 minutes walk away. Woodland and fields to rear of property, with lots of opportunities for walking.

Would suit post-uni or young professional although others considered.

Needs to be clean and tidy.
