Hi, I am Thomas Arnold, It came to the time I was ready to rent out my additional room in the shared house, after using it as an office space. I have been in the property for close to 8 years & it has always been my home-base whilst travelling and exploring the world, the communal areas shared are the bathroom, living area and kitchen. In which we keep clean and tidy after using to respect each other (myself and my current housemate) - I want this to remain the same with our next roommate.
The room is the largest in the home measuring 11 x 8ft, with a walk-in wardrobe and good light exposure. The room is unfurnished, so any successful candidates will need to bring their own furniture. I will be having very informal meetings/interviews will candidates for the room as I want to make sure we get on well, gain an element of trust and understanding for each other. This is very important for me as I have had poor experiences with previous tenants in the past and do not want a repeat of this.
