I'm a 34 year old working professional. I'm at work 40hrs a week and live a quiet life, I keep myself to myself and am a respectful and fair person.

The house is a two bedroomed terrace. I rent the whole house, have one bedroom and will be sharing the rest of the house with the prospective tenant. There's a living room and dining area in an open plan setting, a kitchen equipped with cooker, kettle, toaster, fridge & freezer and washing machine. Bathroom at the end of the kitchen. The available room looks over the small yard to the rear of the house and is a large room with a cupboard space built in to the wall, and upper inbuilt cupboard space for storage.

Looking for someone who would like somewhere safe and quiet to live. Is kind and respectful, who also works and leads a similar life pattern to myself. Chill, but work a lot.

I do love music, so music and joy is welcome in the home as long as it's joined with respect for a comfortable shared living experience.
