We have two spacious double bedrooms available **Monday to Friday** within a self-contained house. Both bedrooms have their own wardrobe space, dressing tables/desks and good lighting. We are looking for two professional lodgers who will share their own fully furnished lounge, dining room with solid fuel stove/log burner, kitchenette and shower room with w/c.

All bedding, towels and kitchen equipment is provided. Weekly cleaner included to change and launder bed sheets and refresh towels

The property has its own entrance and is self-contained as myself and my partner live in a separate annex with our two small dogs. There free is off road parking available.

Fantastic location for commuting;
- next to the A5
- less than a mile to the M6
- less than a mile to the M6 toll
- less than 4 miles to the M54
- within walking distance of a number of local amenities, pubs, petrol station and McDonalds.

The rear of the property overlooks quiet fields as pictured above and viewing is welcomed
