I work in construction and lodge away during the week so you will (normally) have the house to yourself including: kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom, study, parking and garden.
Ideally you will be happy to feed the cat and give her fuss. She is very affectionate! (However, there is no responsibilty, if you are not around my neighbour will feed her.)
Co-op, chip shop, and Indian takeaway less than 10 minute walk away. Canal and fields in the other direction.
