1 room to let in lovely house in Hanley

I’m a doctor (GP registrar) working in Stoke. My family own the house and only I live it in. I live in Manchester most of the week (only staying in this house 1-2 nights a week) so the other 2 flatmates will have the house to themselves the majority of the time.

I am looking for 2 other female professionals to move in. I’ve lived in this house for 3 years now and have made it a lovely home- very different vibes to many of the professional lets available in the area.

This ad is for 1 of 2 rooms available: Bedroom 2 (£550 which includes bills): double bed frame, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. You will also have use of the main bathroom (see pic) to yourself for the majority of the week.

The house comes with everything you could need included: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 2 ovens, microwave, kettle, slow cooker, blender, utensils, pans, cutlery, iron, ironing board, flat screen smart TV and security cameras outside the front and back (I lived alone for a while so set them up- they made me feel safer although I’ve never had any trouble while living here). There is also a cleaner that comes for 2 hours every 3rd Friday. There are 3 bathrooms in the property (the main bathroom upstairs, a visitors bathroom downstairs and the ensuite).

You’d be welcome to use everything that’s in the house like Bluetooth speakers, streaming services on the TV, etc.
There is car parking available at the front of the house plus free on street parking where there are always spaces available. There is a large patio at the front of the house and a garden round the back that gets the sun.

New boiler fitted 2 years ago.

When I am at the house I will be staying in the third, smaller bedroom upstairs (no pic of this room included).

I’d like to get 2 similar female professions living in the property and make it into a brill home. No couples. 12 month contract, available to move in from early July 2024 onwards. Very flexible on this if you want to move in later- drop me a message.
