This rooms are furnished with double beds, desk, chair, wardrobes and come with wireless broadband internet and all bills included. The larger double room has additionally a new tea kitchen in the room.

Each tenant has its own fridge freezer and allocated cupboard space in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle and microwave oven.

The house has a bathroom with WC and an additional separate WC.
