The property is a new-build 3 story town house in Hednesford, only 10 minute walk to the train station, which runs directly into Birmingham New Street, or to Rugeley for the West Coast Main line. With motorway links M6, M5, M42, M6 Toll and A5 within close proximity. Also very close to all the usual amenities, takeaways, convenience stores, pubs etc
The room is fairly large (bigger than the photos look)
and front facing. Currently there is only a bed, bedside draws and TV unit in the room. I will get wardrobe and draws if required or equally can remove some or all furniture should you have your own to bring.
You will have access to the usual house (Kitchen, washing cooking facilities and Garden). I have Sky and Sky Sports, and can get Sky Multiroom at your cost if requested.

I am an easy-going mid thirties male, likes the usual football, films, PS4. I will have my daughter round from time to time she is very sociable and respectful. There current tenant works varied shifts days /nights and spends the majority of his time in his room.
I have no preference on tenant however you must be clean tidy and respectful of the property.
