Room fits a double bed

1 have a single recently decorated room available. Room is fully furnished, there is fiber broadband at the property and sky TV package, all bills are included but you would need to buy your own food & supply your own bedding, i have 4 friendly & quiet dogs and 2 housecats, there are some basic houserules like tidying up after yourself and turning plugs off when equipment is not in use/ your out of the house. You would need get along with the animals so if your not comfortable with dogs/ cats or fur please do not apply, you also need to get along with myself and the other housemate. Iam DBS cleared as i used to work in healthcare, but now work self employed so work strange and long hours the house is quiet majority of the time, any questions or to arrange a viewing please contact me.
