Large recently decorated room with sky tv, i am a livein landlady, i work in health care so am DBS cleared, i have 3 house cats and 4 dogs in the house all are friendly & quiet and you would need to get along with the animals aswell as myself, iam easy going but there are some basic houserules. Which are to wash and change your bedding on a weekly basis, to turn plugs off after use and not leave appliances/ TV on when your out of the house, not to smoke in house, and not to let the cats out as they are housecats, if you can't comply with these simple rules please don't contact me. All bills are included in the rent except mobile phone calls from the landline, you would also need to buy your own
