Large recently decorated room with sky tv, i am a livein landlady, i have previously worked in health care so am DBS cleared, i have 1 house cat, and 4 dogs in the house all are friendly & quiet and you would need to get along with the animals aswell as myself, iam easy going but there are some basic houserules.
Which are to turn plugs off after use and not leave appliances/ TV on when your out of the house, not to smoke in house, and not to let the cat out as she is a housecat, you will need to tidy up after yourself, which includes washing up ( all cutlery, plates, bowls and glasses/cups are provided) if you can't comply with these simple rules please don't contact me. All bills are included in the rent except mobile phone calls from the landline, you would also need to buy your own
