Room + living room for short-term rent at Keele

Single bedroom

I work at Keele and live on the campus, and am offering a short-term let of two-interconnected rooms for up to two months for one person only (a female). I would be prepared to rent for a week: the price for that would be £200 per week. I might be prepared to let for a 3 month period.

The room I am offering is a single room (i. e., single bed), but immediately adjacent to it is another bedroom which is set up as a living room, and most of the time, you would have exclusive use of this room too, to work or relax in: it has a day bed, and capacious desk, and I can provide a bookshelf if needed. These two rooms are slightly separated from the rest of the house, so it is a bit like having a suite of rooms for your sole use almost all of the time, rather than just one room. However, (n. b.!) there is only one bathroom in the house, so the bathroom is shared.

Two or three nights a week during term time, a female colleague stays, and I have two dogs who are rather bouncy and enthusiastic so I am looking for someone who doesn't mind dogs.

The house is lovely, and the kitchen is well-equipped. I'm looking for a female lodger, either a professional or a postgraduate student (not an undergraduate, I'm afraid, but I would consider older undergrads so if you are a mature student, please do feel free to get in touch).

The arrangement is more a 'room in a house' (or, more accurately, 'two rooms in a house') arrangement than a shared house, as when I am here I value my privacy (which is why I have done the arrangement so that the lodger will have their own private living room most of the time, in addition to the bedroom), and I don't allow guests.

I'm hoping to find someone who is tidy and clean in shared spaces, and willing to be flexible about things.

I am currently redecorating the kitchen, which is why there are no pictures of the kitchen. But there is a kitchen (!), and it is well-equipped. However, there is not that much space in it, so you would have to be prepared to use my equipment.
