I Live in a 5 Bedroomed House in Lichfield.

I Purchased this new build Property in December 2019 with girlfriend.

We have decided to due to work related matters to move back to the South Yorkshire area.

We are unfortunately tied into a Mortgage until December 2021, so to avoid a ridiculous penalty for an early redemption fee we have agreed to rent several rooms of this house to one person.

That comprises of a very big bedroom, with fitted wardrobes and an executive ensuite.

There is also another bedroom which has been converted to a living room, with a very expensive sofa and flat screen TV. There is also free internet access

There is also access to an office and main bathroom with a bath and shower.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, oven etc and the attached utility room has a washing machine and separate dryer.
The back garden has been landscaped to an exceptionally high standard., with a wonderful patio and garden furniture.

There is parking for at least 6 cars.

Lichfield City Centre is approximately 12 minutes walk and Lichfield City Train station is about 14 minutes walk.
Waitrose is about 3 minutes’ walk away and a local pub is about 5 minutes walk.

The only negative is I can’t guarantee the weather lol
