This is a two bedroomed house .Double room to let on first floor with easy access to the bathroom of which I have occasional use of the bath during the winter months. Since the original photograph this room has been redecorated modern grey. The television is now bracketed onto the wall however as the current lodger remains in situ until March I have not taken new photos but can do so . Viewing is not available until end of February . I’m quite happy to have discussion before this time .

The house has two bathrooms a well equipped newly extended kitchen with dishwasher , washing machine fridge freezer , microwave Bosch oven and cooker. The second shower room is downstairs which is the one I generally use. There is a log burner in the front room.

The garden is modern cottage in style and I grow my own vegetables in raised beds. There is a BBQ and outdoor patio with seating and eating area . A spiral staircase which leads to a Garden room which is equipped with WiFi and electric heating and charging points this is situated on a deck with seating . By arrangement this can be used as an office space as it is equipped for this .

The room to let is on the first floor and has a double bed , double wardrobe ,armchair and tv.
The house has a hive system central heating . The room has black out blinds and comes with bedding and towels . If you want cleaning and laundry service for a cost this can be arranged .

There is full garage off street parking the house is 5 mins from train and bus stations

The house is situated ,in the first street from city centre so it is 2 mins to shops and restaurants etc. there is a 24 hour Tesco 5 mins walk .

The house is a mid terrace Victorian house fully refurbished 4 years ago throughout. It has 3 storeys my room is on the second floor. There are two bedrooms in total
