Easygoing, young male seeks flatmate to share my 3 bedroomed house with in a very nice area of Lichfield.

The double room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table.

Also there is a furnished en-suite room, bed, chest of drawers, cupboard, bathroom all to yourself available for the same price.

The house has a garage and internet facilities, there is also the facility to call landlines in the UK and all around Europe. The house is 10 minutes walking distance from 2 supermarkets. There is also a local swimming baths and gym 5 minutes walk away. The house is 5 minutes drive from Lichfield Trent Valley. The house is 15 minutes drive to Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Burton, Rugeley and Tamworth. Everything would be done professionally as I have previous experience of renting. I am friendly and easily approachable and any problems with the house if I couldn't fix them myself I would know someone who could.
