There are 2 single spare rooms to choose from fully furnished with desks. I have an en-suite bathroom so the main bathroom is pretty much free. There is a spare room downstairs with no furnishing which you could make into your lounge. If you drive there is a space for the car. Shared kitchen.
I’m very clean and tidy and take pride in my home so would expect the same.
