Our current housemate has decided to move area after being with us for a year so the room is available from 1st July 2021. It will be available until March/April 2022.

The spare room is cleanly decorated and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, mirror and drawers. There is also a shower room available for your personal use (not quite an en suite but on the same floor). We have our own bathroom on the floor below. It is a 3 storey house and the spare room is on the top floor so you'll have plenty of privacy.

There is also a lounge space available for you to use if you wish. This is on the middle floor.

There is a garden and parking out the front on a private road/driveway You will be able to use the kitchen/dining room and garage to store anything. We do have a gym set up in the garage though so it cannot be used for cars but there is space for a bike if needed. You are also welcome to use the gym equipment if you wish.

We have 2 dogs. They both love people but you'd obviously have to like dogs if you moved in. I am happy to consider other pets if you have them and they get on with Edith and Ethel as they like other dogs.

All bills included, with super fast broadband. I am also happy to consider mon-fri let for a discount if you are interested in this.

The house is less than 5 mins walk to Tesco Extra, a few minutes walk to Longton train station and a few minutes drive to the A50.

We are happy to consider a student or professional, I work 8-5 for the NHS. We don't smoke but happy to accept a smoker as long as you smoked outside of the house.
