Room available in Meir from end of March/beginning of April. Current housemate is unfortunately leaving to go back home🥲

Large double front room including bills and cleaner £450 a month. Do not accept couples, pets, or any benefit schemes

Room includes small double bed, large draws unit, bedside table, shelving unit, tv stand, TV and a hanging rail. Kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared spaces. On street parking (plenty of parking on street)

I’m currently a student, working from home as a beautician Fridays and Saturdays (so would need to be okay with this) preferably female as the house share is with myself. Preferably working or student. Ideally looking for someone similar to myself
