Room spare in 2 bed property, on the 25 bus route

There is a room in a house spare from now up until june 30th 2021. Its a 2 bedroom house in Newcastle Under-Lyme near the Cherry Tree pub. You'd be sharing with 1 other person called Mo. The bedroom has a double bed with draws and a wardrobe (pictures included). The house has a living room with a sofa and chair in, a kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet, bath and shower downstairs. Theres 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The house is on the 25 bus route to Keele and the nearest bus stop is the one before the bus station, so it will be less busy when you get on. The £100 deposit and the first £350 has already been paid for (by me). There is internet at the house for £9 a month with Now Tv.

There are two ways to pay, one being 3 payments of £1284 on each loan date or £350 each calendar month.
